(VeloEpic.com) Forest City Velodrome

The VeloEpic crew took over the Forest City Velodrome for an introduction to track cycling. Resisting all urges to hit up the yellow line from the get go, we were surprisingly patient with our awesome instructors. Got through the basics of handling fixies, getting on and off the track, and generally had a good basic introduction to the sport.

There's only so much you can do to make riding slowly around a track interesting to watch. As you will see, The Dutchess is clearly the star of this video.
