No Track Awards in VeloNews' 22nd Annual Awards Issue??????

I just sent this to VeloNews, any thoughts anyone?

Dear Editor,

did I just miss something, perhaps I'm mistaken and my excitement over the rest of the great issue may have caused me to overlook it - but did I just see no track awards in VeloNews' 22nd Annual Awards issue???? or maybe my issue must have been missing those pages, that must be it, whew, just when I was thinking VeloNews doesn't care about track cycling in the US.

Road, Mountain, and CycloCross awards, but no track awards!!!???? And young Taylor, talented star and future Olympian, got his award for road and not track, Huhhh (ok, there was a little mention of his track prowess in the award entry) ??? C'mon guys, how are our track stars to keep their spirits up and working hard toward succeeding if the best domestic cycling mag doesn't even recognize their performances, and how are our young cyclists out there, thinking of which events they'd like to try for most, ever to get really excited about if if they know that their #1 read isn't even going to notice.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, you guys could play so much of a role to help track cycling in this country - you've got great track riders out there, new velodromes coming on line (Dale Hughes' Michigan track is looking great, and Boulder Indoor Cycling Center looks great as one of the newest!), do a few articles about track over the winter and follow some of our track stars, give 'em some support, c'mon guys & gals at VeloNews!

Thanks for your other great work otherwise, it's always fun to pick up each time it's delivered, but c'mon, track coverage!!!!!!!!!! it's a big part of the commercial future of the sport.
