There is a new six-day bicycle race in North America!! October 6-12, 2008 The Mile High 6-Day Race will take place at the new Arista International Velodrome in Broomfield Colorado. The new wooden track is 166 meters long under a air supported dome. The track is designed and cobstructed by Dale Hughes. Congradulations to all involved.

There has been a revival of six-day racing in Canada and the USA. Presently there are two six-day races at the FCV in London Ontario (Fall and Spring). The past two years has seen a winter six-day race at the Burnaby Velodrome in British Columbia.
